Grilled Cod Recipe


Ingredients:
2 cod fillets, thawed
1 TSP Ms. Dash Lemon pepper
1 TSP MS. Dash Garlic and herb
1 TSP Cajun spice
cooking spray

Method:
Preheat grill to medium to high heat. Combine spices in a small container and shake. Take two pieces of tin foil and spray with cooking spray. Pat fillets with paper towel to dry. Sprinkle both sides with spices and wrap each fillet in tin foil. Place on grill for 5-7 minutes per side. This may vary depending on how thick the cod is. When done, your fish will flake easily.
