Ingredients:
1 pizza base
1 jar Tomato & Garlic pesto Sauce
Grated cheddar & Mozzarella Cheese
2 tbsp Olive Oil
Directions:
Spread the tomato & garlic pesto sauce on the pizza base and spread it with the back of a spoon. Sprinkle the sauce with about 8 tablespoons of cheddar & mozzarella cheese. Dribble 2 tablespoons of olive oil over the pizza and bake it on the middle shelf of the oven on high heat. Reduce the oven temperature to 400 F after 5 minutes and cook for about 10 minutes in all, until the crust is lightly browned and the filling bubbling hot.
