Ingredients:
200 g fresh goat cheese
mint leaves
cumin seeds
10 sheets of filo
1 egg yolk
1/2 cup melted butter
Directions:
Cut the cheese into slices.
Wash the mint.
Cut the phyllo into 4 long strips and coat with melted butter with a brush, place a piece of goat cheese at the end, add a sprig of mint, cumin seeds and 3 fold triangle, fold sheet at right angles and so on until the end of the band.
To close the briouat, insert the end into the last fold like an envelope, brush the triangles with melted butter.
Bake on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for about 5 Th 5 minutes until that phyllo is golden brown and crispy.
