Gluten Free Fruit Mince Pies



1 portion of Clean Eating Recipes 'The Perfect Gluten Free Tart Base' (recipe available in our eBook)
1/2 cup Organic Dates, chopped
1/2 cup Organic Raisins
1/2 cup Boiling Water
1/2 cup Organic Dried Apples, chopped
1/2 cup Organic Dried Figs, chopped
1/2 cup Goji Berries
2 tablespoons Granulated Stevia
2 teaspoons Allspice
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
2 tablespoons Organic Desiccated Coconut
For the crumble
1/2 cup Organic Almond Meal
1/2 cup Organic Slivered Almonds
1 tablespoon Grapeseed Oil
1/2 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
2 tablespoons Organic Desiccated Coconut

Directions:
Preheat your oven to 180'C/350'F.
Prepare the recipe for 'The Perfect Gluten Free Tart Base' as per recipe.
Grease a 12 hole muffin tray and line each hole with the tart base.
Bake off in the oven for approx. 10 minutes or until golden.
Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly. 
While the tart bases are cooling, place the dates and boiling water in a bowl and allow to stand for 10 minutes. This will soften them.
After 10 minutes, add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl and mash together with a fork or potato masher.
Fill each pastry case with some of the fruit mixture and set aside.
To make the crumble, place all ingredients in a clean bowl and mix well. 
Spoon over each pie then bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until golden.
